Things you will need:
Paint Brush
Mason Jar
Leaves
Rope or Ribbon
Tea Light
Mod Podge
Step 1.) Go outside and pick out your favorite leaves to use. You can choose from many shapes,sizes, and beautiful colors.
Step 2.) Apply Mod Podge to the front of the leaf by using the paint brush.
Step 3.) Stick the leaf on the surface of the inside of the jar. You can repeat these steps with as many leaves as you desire.
Step 4.) Tie a rope or ribbon around the top of the jar. Make sure the mod podge is dry before moving on to the next step.(Mod Podge turns clear once dry)
Step 5.) Turn the tea light’s switch to turn it on. Place the tea light in the inside of the jar. You can now enjoy the luminosity of your new decor.(Becomes more visible in dark areas)
Over time, the colors may fade, but the beauty remains.
Hint: Don't leave it outside in the rain. The glue will be compromised.

Class of 2016 senior, Charlynn Todd, selected Commercial Art as her shop in order to plan for her future. She intends to make her best accomplishments within the comfort of her home by creating a photography studio and t-shirt design business. Most importantly to her, she plans to raise a family of her own in her own, loving home-sweet-home. She uses her free time to work on her portfolio which will enable her to take steps toward the goals she's been planning, which includes a continuation of her education through online courses upon graduation and a move to Pittsburgh. Other times, you can find her enjoying her free-time with family, laughing with friends, and playing with her pet turtle.
