- Get as much rest as possible and drink plenty of water.
- Don’t pack on them dreadful pounds, WORK OUT!!
- Don’t eat so much on the holidays, watch your proportions.
- Have a splurge day instead of taking in a lot of unhealthy food everyday with the leftovers.
With these few tips, you can still enjoy your delicious holiday foods. It’s good to eat, but we tend to over-do. Your portions may be smaller, but know you're helping yourself in the long run.

Although senior Commercial Arts student, Presley Boots, has dedicated herself to her shop, she has decided to further her dream beyond the artsy part of her life. Presley has always known that she wanted to work in medicine and has decided to pursue a career as a Registered Nurse. After graduation, Presley will further dream at the Jameson School of Nursing. In her spare time, you can most likely find Presley working her part-time job at Dairy Queen, spending quality time with those she loves, or hanging out with her pets.
