What IS a Keystone?

According to dictionary.com, the "keystone" is "a central stone at the summit of an arch, locking the whole together."  It is a "key position" -- one of great importance.  It is able to do its job -- even under pressure.  It is greatly valued.

While every adult wishes the very best for us, they understand that we must prepare us for the trials ahead; life is never without pressure.

Every adult in our school wants us to work to our greatest potential -- from the Administration who works diligently to make sure we have the tools you need, to the teachers who work with great determination to ensure we have learned all we can, to the office staff who makes sure every "t" is crossed and every "i" is dotted, and even to the cafeteria staff who provides us with nutritious meals so our bellies don't grumble and we can focus.

It's time to prove what we know.  It's time for us to prove that we have a great educational system.  It's time for us to make our teachers proud of us.  It's time to do our very best.

We're ready.  We're able.  We can do this!
